The hotel offers a great view of Mexico City and clean rooms, but the space was tight for our group of four, a bit outdated, and lacked a direct view to the outside. The service was fantastic, especially from staff members Claudia and Joselin, who went above and beyond to cater to our family needs after a long day of travel. The location is ideal in the historic district, close to many attractions, cafes, stores, and public transport. The dining experience had a wide variety of options but was limited to American-style food. Overall, a good stay with some minor drawbacks.
